Nougat History Creamy Almond with case 300 gr

This nougat is inspired by the original recipe of the Pastry Prats-Fatjó of Barcelona, where the master ângel Velasco,came to work at the age of 14 years and, following the advice of this teacher, made the almond creamy nougat. Today, 55 years later, as the owner of Torrons Vicens, he has returned to elaborate this magnificient nougat in gratitude to all those people who have taught him this wonderful craft.
